Once around the world
It was 2003 when we first traveled together to India. Many more trips followed the first one, on a discovery journey to the curiouser and curiouser corners of this world. Traveling with our kids turned out to be even more fun. And we are now getting ready to embark on the next family adventure - our around the world trip.

Got any life goals? We have some…
01
Have some kids.
We’ve got two - Smilla & Raoul.
02
See all new seven world wonders.
Almost there. Great Wall of China, Chichen Itza, Machu Pichu, Christ the Redeemer, Colosseum, Petra.
03
Learn Hindi.
04
Start a humanitarian project in India.
05
Catch the Aurora Borealis.
The Northern Lights showed up in Tromso and while it was cold, it was pretty magical.
06
Around the world trip with the kids.
We’re lucky enough to make this one-in-a-lifetime-experience right now.
07
Learn to sail and own a sailing boat.
There is still time.
08
Learn to dive.
In 2007 we got the Open Water Diver Certification at the Aeolian Islands. We never went diving again ever since.
09
Own a Masseria in Puglia.
10
Sleep on a tree house in Hawaii.
Aloha.
11
Learn to play the piano.
12
Learn to dance Tango.
Yeah ok, we never really finished the course, but that’s why we’re still married today. Seriously, have you ever noticed how many couples argue during dance classes?
13
Jump on and off an Indian train, while it’s moving.
14
Live a happy life.
It took us 40 and 45 years to get there. But now that we’ve come so far… it’s incredible and we are immensely thankful.
“There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky, and you ask ‘what if I fail?’ Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?”
